Pigtail Hook is designed to slip over the hex and collar of any of the GroundGrabba Pro, Pro l or Pro II. Pigtail Hook attaches to ropes or tensioning devices.

GroundGrabba Pro is the heavy duty screw in ground anchor stake. For most ground varieties...not for sand.

GroundGrabba Pro I holds with extreme amazing grip in everything from loose sand to hard dry clay.

GroundGrabba Pro II holds with extreme grip in everything from loose sand to hard dry clay.

GroundGrabba Lite is our recreational grade screw-in stake made for loose, soft grounds including sandy soils and sands.*

GroundGrabba Pro are made for general purpose amazing ground holding. To experience how well you can anchor down your Easy Up or large shade structure can only be imagined until you actually use these.
Made for most ground types but not the best for sand (see the GroundGrabba Pro l, Pro II or GroundGrabba Lite) or extremely hard ground like concrete or brick.   For hard grounds to help deploy your GroundGrabba's, we suggest pre-driling a pilot hole with our 12mm x 300mm masonry drill bit.   Also you will want a 16mm Hex Socket driver to adapt to the Pro, Pro I and Pro II, whist the Lite uses a 19mm socket.

GroundGrabba Pro, I & II's are made for holding large shade / canvas areas into loose ground and soft sands. They can also be used in general ground types.  Not suitable for hard to extremely hard ground but that is subjective. These will be most likely the most PRO ground anchor stakes you've ever used.

GroundGrabba Lite screws into the sand or loose soft ground using a good quality cordless drill (18V minimum with at least 45 ft lb of torque) or by hand, providing a swift, safe and secure setup along the beach or in dunes.

Made of the toughest glass reinforced nylon to give you the toughest, lightest composite material, the GroundGrabba Lite is the Recreational-Grade tent peg-stake you need to enhance your beach and sand dune camping experience.

Please Note: GroundGrabba Lite is designed and intended for use in soft and loose grounds where your average peg just won’t hold. Never use with ratchet or impact type drills or will void warranty. Designed for sideway tension like guy ropes. Not meant for a vertical loads in sand. Do note use impact devices to deploy.

  • Always start your drill on the lowest torque setting.  Use a good quality high torque drill or impact wrench.  NB: Impact equipment must never be used with GroundGrabba Lites or warranty will be void.
  • For hard or extremely hard grounds we recommend pre drilling a minimum of a 10mm pilot hole to help with insertion. GroundGrabba Lites are only for soft loose grounds.
  • Some grounds will be impenetrable. 
  • Use the correct GroundGrabba for the job. 
  • The GG Pro (12") are not for loads in sand or soft grounds.

    What tools do I need to install GroundGrabbas?

    For best results, use a cordless drill or impact wrench with the correct socket size (supplied with most kits). A ratchet wrench, wheel brace, or manual T-handle can also be used, but they are not recommended for larger anchors. ⚠️ Important: GroundGrabba Lite must not be installed with an impact driver or impact wrench — use a drill or hand tool only.

    Hold Strength

    The Adventure and Sample Kits include all three GR13 Pro anchors (315mm, 465mm, and 615mm) along with a Lite anchor (SR14O, 400mm).

    - The 315mm Pro provides up to 3× more hold than standard tent pegs in firm soils.
    - The 465mm Pro I increases holding power in softer soils and sandy conditions.
    - The 615mm Pro II delivers maximum anchoring strength for very soft soils and beach sand.
    - The Lite (SR14O, 400mm) is designed for lighter-duty use in firm ground with tents and shelters.

    For heavier loads or high winds, step up to the longer Pro I or Pro II anchors.

    Can you deliver to my address if I’m not in a metro area?

    Yes. We ship Australia-wide. Regional and remote deliveries may take longer, and Star Track is our recommended courier for reliability outside metro areas. All orders are shipped with ATL (Authority to Leave) unless a signature is specifically requested at checkout.

    We dispatch from Tweed Heads, NSW several times a week. Metro areas are typically 1–3 business days depending on proximity to Brisbane/Eastern Seaboard; regional and remote deliveries may take longer.
