Whether you’re anchoring a tiny house, a site office, a demountable, or a shipping container home, this system offers a strong, simple, and removable solution.

Installation is easy:

Using a high-torque drill or impact wrench you can drive each GroundGrabba Commercial Pro II earth anchor into the ground quickly—no digging, concrete, or specialist tools required.

Tie-down connection:

Once installed, use the included stainless steel cable kit to connect each anchor to your structure. Each kit includes 4 or 6 X 600 or 900mm GroundGrabba Commercial, ClosedHook bow shackle, turnbuckle, clamps, and a 1.5m stainless steel cable with a crimped loop for quick setup and tensioning.

    tools Needed

    All Commercial Pro GroundGrabbas (GR14 series) require a 1" AF impact socket with a high-torque impact wrench.
    Do not use low-power drills, as correct installation requires the torque only an impact wrench can provide.

    For the Tiny Home - portable kit you will also need a small adjustable wrench to tighten up the stainless steel cable clamps.
