What tools do I need to install GroundGrabbas?

For best results, use a cordless drill or impact wrench with the correct socket size (supplied with most kits). A ratchet wrench can also be used, but is not recommended for larger anchors. ⚠️ Important: GroundGrabba Lite must not be installed with an impact driver or impact wrench — use a drill or hand tool only.

Can you deliver to my address if I’m not in a metro area?

Yes. We ship Australia-wide. Regional and remote deliveries may take longer, and Star Track is our recommended courier for reliability outside metro areas. All orders are shipped with ATL (Authority to Leave) unless a signature is specifically requested at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

We dispatch from Tweed Heads, NSW several times a week. Metro areas are typically 1–3 business days depending on proximity to Brisbane/Eastern Seaboard; regional and remote deliveries may take longer. We recommend Star Track for reliability in regional and remote areas. Courier options and ETAs appear at checkout.

What warranty is included?

All steel GroundGrabba products come with a Lifetime Replacement Warranty against breakage in normal use. Accessories like bags, drill bits, and carabiners include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.
