Commercial Terms

Commercial Returns Policy

Lespa Pty Ltd ATF CCRV Family Trust T/as GroundGrabba, ABN 39 852 670 860 ("GroundGrabba", "we", "us"). Contact: 1300 988 655 or our contact form. Postal address: PO Box 1114, Kingscliff NSW 2487.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to goods bought by a business, council, government body, contractor or other organisation, or for commercial, industrial, engineering, structural or large-scale use, whether ordered online, on a quote, or on a purchase order (PO). It sits alongside our Commercial Supply Agreement. Personal-use purchases are covered by our standard Returns Policy (https://groundgrabba.com.au/policies/refund-policy).

2. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Some business buyers are "consumers" under that law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that cannot be excluded.

3. No change-of-mind returns or exchanges

Commercial and business purchases can't be returned or exchanged for change of mind, with or without a PO. This includes ordering the wrong product or quantity, a project change, cancellation or variation, or the product not suiting your application. Before ordering in bulk, we strongly recommend testing a sample or test pack in your soil and set-up.

4. When we accept returns

We accept returns only where goods are:

  • faulty or defective;

  • the wrong product supplied by us (wrong item or quantity supplied by us); or

  • damaged or lost in transit (see section 7).

Lifetime Warranty claims are a separate route and are handled under section 5.

We do not accept returns, and these are not faults, where:

  • anchors have been used, deployed, driven or installed (once inserted into soil or sand they are no longer new and resaleable), except under a valid warranty or fault claim; or

  • anchors fail because of incorrect application design, insufficient base or footprint, excessive leverage forces, unsuitable or uncompacted soil, over-tensioning, misuse, overloading, incorrect installation, or structural or engineering decisions made by the customer or installer.

5. Lifetime Warranty for commercial buyers

Our Lifetime Warranty applies to business and commercial purchases too, including the Commercial GR14 range. It covers anchors that break or wear out in normal use, subject to normal use within the product's rated limits and installation instructions. Misuse and overloading are excluded, and coatings, galvanising and finishes (including hot-dip galvanising, plating, powder coat and paint) are never covered. We decide, at our discretion, whether to replace the item, refund you, or ask for the item back; you don't pay the return freight on a valid claim. Details: https://groundgrabba.com.au/pages/lifetime-warranty

6. How to make a claim

  1. Contact us first – within 3 business days of delivery for transit damage, shortages or wrong items where possible (your legal rights don't expire after 3 days). Send your invoice or PO number, photos of the goods, packaging and label, and a short explanation.
  2. We reply with a decision and, if we need the goods back, a written return approval with a reference. Nothing is accepted at our warehouse without written approval.
  3. Approved returns go to: GroundGrabba Returns, c/o Specialised Logistics Australia, Warehouse 3.1 / 221 Gooderham Rd, Willawong QLD 4110, with the return reference on the parcel or pallet.
  4. For approved fault, wrong-supply, transit or warranty returns, we pay the return freight (we'll usually book it), and we replace, re-supply or refund at our discretion (subject to your rights in section 2).

7. Delivery, loss and damage

Orders ship from Willawong QLD. Large orders may go by courier or pallet freight. Freight is fluid and can change, so freight on quoted or bulk orders is re-quoted before shipping. Where goods are bought for resale or re-supply, risk passes to you when they leave our warehouse, and, to the extent the law allows, our liability for loss or damage after dispatch is limited as set out in our Shipping Policy; we recommend your own transit insurance for bulk or high-value freight. For other commercial buyers, tell us about loss or transit damage and we'll replace or refund. Parcels left under Authority to Leave are at your risk once the carrier marks them delivered; you can request Signature on Delivery before dispatch, available for an additional Australia Post fee – see current fees: https://auspost.com.au/personal/sending/parcels/sending-in-australia/optional-extras

8. Deposits, cancellations and special orders

PO and made-to-order orders need a 50% deposit, with the balance paid before the goods are released. Deposits are non-refundable once production has started, and those orders can't be cancelled, reduced or changed after that point – see the Commercial Supply Agreement. This doesn't affect section 2.

9. Start date

This policy applies from 1 November 2026 and replaces all earlier GroundGrabba commercial returns terms, including the returns wording in our previous quote terms.

10. Guide-only advice

Our calculator results and suggestions are a guide only. They are not certified or engineer-approved, and we are not engineers. You are responsible for confirming engineering suitability with your own qualified engineer.

Commercial Supply Agreement

1. Parties and scope

1.1 These terms are between Lespa Pty Ltd ATF CCRV Family Trust T/as GroundGrabba, ABN 39 852 670 860 ("GroundGrabba", "we", "us") and the business, council, government body, contractor or organisation buying from us ("you").

1.2 They apply to every quote, purchase order (PO), invoice and commercial order, including orders for commercial, industrial, engineering, structural or large-scale use, whether placed online, by quote or by PO.

1.3 Our Commercial Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, Lifetime Warranty and website Terms of Service (all at https://groundgrabba.com.au) form part of these terms. If they conflict, this Agreement applies for commercial orders, except where the law says otherwise.

1.4 Contact: 1300 988 655 (office hours Mon–Fri 9:00am–4:00pm, excluding weekends and public holidays) or our contact form. Postal address: PO Box 1114, Kingscliff NSW 2487. Approved returns only: Willawong QLD (clause 7.2).

2. Quotes

2.1 Quotes are valid for 14 days from the quote date (or until the expiry date shown, if earlier) and are subject to stock availability.

2.2 Freight is fluid and is excluded from the quote validity period. Freight rates are outside our control and can change at any time (for example fuel surcharges and carrier rates), so any freight shown on a quote is an estimate only and is re-quoted at the time of order, before shipping. Changes to quantity, address or delivery method may also change it.

2.3 By accepting a quote or issuing a PO, you agree to these terms. Terms on your PO don't apply unless we agree to them in writing.

2.4 Minimum order: $29.99 (inc GST) per order, after any discounts and excluding freight, for website and quoted/invoiced orders alike.

2.5 Wholesale and volume pricing: available on request – please contact us for pricing. We don't have a standard wholesale price list or wholesale policy; any volume pricing is quoted per order.

3. Purchase orders and deposits

3.1 Bulk and made-to-order quantities need an official PO and a minimum 50% deposit, with the balance paid before the goods are released (see clause 5.1).

3.2 The deposit is non-refundable once production has started, regardless of change of mind, cancellation or project variation.

3.3 Increasing the quantity after we accept your PO may need a further deposit.

4. Cancellations and special orders

4.1 Stock orders: can be changed or cancelled only before our warehouse starts picking, and only once we confirm in writing. Orders on an official PO are non-cancellable once picked or dispatched.

4.2 Special and made-to-order orders can't be cancelled, reduced or changed once production has started. If you cancel or change after that point, you forfeit the deposit and remain liable for completed units, production costs and reasonable expenses incurred.

5. Payment

5.1 Full payment is required before goods are dispatched from our warehouse or released to your carrier or agent. We don't offer credit terms or trade accounts.

5.2 Late payment may incur storage or holding fees. Ownership of goods stays with us until we have been paid in full.

5.3 Prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated.

6. Delivery and risk

6.1 Orders ship from our warehouse in Willawong QLD. The order cut-off is 11:00am Queensland time, Monday–Friday; stock orders placed before the cut-off are ready for dispatch the next business day. Large orders may go by courier or pallet freight.

6.2 Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

6.3 Parcels ship with Authority to Leave unless you request Signature on Delivery before dispatch (available for an additional Australia Post fee – see current fees: https://auspost.com.au/personal/sending/parcels/sending-in-australia/optional-extras). Goods left under Authority to Leave are at your risk once the carrier marks them delivered.

6.4 Where goods are bought for resale or re-supply, risk passes to you when they leave our warehouse and, to the extent the law allows, our liability for loss or damage after dispatch is limited as set out in our Shipping Policy. We recommend your own transit insurance for bulk or high-value freight.

6.5 Please check deliveries promptly and tell us about shortages, wrong items or transit damage within 3 business days where possible (your legal rights don't expire after 3 days).

7. Returns

7.1 No change-of-mind returns or exchanges for commercial or business purchases, with or without a PO.

7.2 Returns are accepted only for faulty goods, the wrong product supplied by us, or goods lost or damaged in transit, under our Commercial Returns Policy. Lifetime Warranty claims are handled separately under clause 8. Contact us first; nothing is accepted without our written return approval. Approved returns go to GroundGrabba Returns, c/o Specialised Logistics Australia, Warehouse 3.1 / 221 Gooderham Rd, Willawong QLD 4110.

7.3 Used, deployed, driven or installed anchors can't be returned except under a valid fault or warranty claim.

8. Lifetime Warranty

8.1 Our Lifetime Warranty applies to commercial purchases (including the Commercial GR14 range) and covers anchors that break or wear out in normal use, subject to normal use within the product's rated limits and installation instructions.

8.2 Misuse and overloading are excluded, and coatings, galvanising and finishes (including hot-dip galvanising, plating, powder coat and paint) are never covered.

8.3 We decide, at our discretion, whether to replace the item, refund you or ask for the item back; you don't pay the return freight on a valid claim. Details: https://groundgrabba.com.au/pages/lifetime-warranty

9. Suitability, testing and advice

9.1 Before issuing a PO or committing to bulk quantities, we strongly recommend testing a sample or test pack in the intended soil and configuration.

9.2 You are responsible for confirming engineering suitability, including load calculations, soil assessment or geotechnical review, base footprint and leverage analysis, installation method and torque control, and structural behaviour under load.

9.3 Our calculator results, suggestions and advice are a guide only. They are not certified or engineer-approved, and we are not engineers. Please confirm your set-up with your own qualified engineer before relying on it.

9.4 Failures due to application design, insufficient base or footprint, excessive leverage, unsuitable or uncompacted soil, over-tensioning, incorrect installation, or engineering decisions made by you or your installer are not product faults.

10. Liability

10.1 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this Agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that cannot be excluded.

10.2 Subject to 10.1 and to the extent the law allows: (a) our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with goods we supply is limited to the price you paid for those goods; (b) we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits, project delays or labour costs); and (c) where the goods are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to replacing or re-supplying the goods or paying the cost of doing so.

11. Start date

These terms apply from 1 November 2026 and replace all earlier GroundGrabba quote and commercial terms.

12. General

12.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

12.2 We may update these terms; the version on our website when you accept a quote or we accept your PO applies to that order.

Last updated 1 November 2026.
