Commercial Supply Terms

Version 1.0  |  Last updated: 31 March 2026

These Commercial Supply Terms apply to all GroundGrabba products purchased for business, wholesale, project, or bulk use. They override standard retail policies, including our 12-month return and warranty conditions. Commercial orders are subject to strict supply conditions, including limitations on returns, order changes, and cancellations.

1. Bulk Orders, Deposits & Payment Structure

Standard website orders require full payment at checkout.

For approved bulk, project-based, or special orders, a minimum 30% deposit may be accepted together with a confirmed Purchase Order (PO).

Where a deposit arrangement is approved:

  • The deposit becomes strictly non-refundable once production or order processing has commenced
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to dispatch or release of goods

Any changes to order quantity or scope after confirmation may require an adjusted deposit and updated order agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Standard website orders require full payment at checkout prior to dispatch.

For approved bulk, project, or special orders where a deposit arrangement has been accepted:

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to dispatch, shipment, or release to any freight provider
  • Orders will not be shipped or released until full payment has been received

Delayed or outstanding payments may result in storage, handling, or holding fees.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once production or order fulfilment has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, reduced, or modified.

If changes are requested after this point, the customer:

  • forfeits the deposit, and
  • remains liable for all completed units and associated production or supply costs

4. Commercial Use – Important Notice

These terms override standard retail return policies for commercial, project, or bulk use.

GroundGrabba anchors used in commercial, industrial, engineering, or large-scale applications are subject to the following conditions:

  • No returns are accepted for any anchors that have been installed, driven, or used
  • Once inserted into soil or sand, products are no longer considered new or resalable

Performance is dependent on correct application. Returns will not be accepted where issues arise from:

  • incorrect application design or system selection
  • insufficient base or footprint
  • excessive leverage or load forces
  • unsuitable or uncompacted ground conditions
  • over-tensioning
  • installation method or user error

The customer is solely responsible for confirming suitability, including:

  • load calculations
  • soil assessment or geotechnical review (where required)
  • base footprint and leverage considerations
  • installation method and torque control
  • structural behaviour under load

5. Pre-Purchase Testing (Strongly Recommended)

Before committing to bulk or project orders, we strongly recommend testing sample units in real-world conditions.

This ensures the system is suitable for your specific application, soil type, load requirements, and environmental conditions.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Supply

Returns, replacements, or refunds are only provided where products are:

  • faulty
  • defective, or
  • incorrectly supplied

This does not apply to misuse, incorrect installation, unsuitable ground conditions, overloading, or application/design decisions outside our control.

7. Full Commercial Terms

These terms form part of our standard commercial supply conditions.

A more detailed Commercial Supply Agreement may be provided for larger projects, custom orders, or account-based customers where required.

Amendments

GroundGrabba reserves the right to update or modify these Commercial Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version published on this page at the time of purchase will apply.
