What is "The Fang"?

Essentially The Fang is an adaptor that connects to your GroundGrabba enabling you to hold down things like a tarp or pop up gazebo (easy up) through their eyelets that are generally too small for a GroundGrabba to go through.
If the hole diameter is too small for your GroundGrabba Pro to go through then The Fang is your solution.  Minimum hole size needed for The Fang to bite into is 10mm.
You can use it with any GroundGrabba Junior, Pro, Pro I or Pro II. The Fang will not slip off the top of your GroundGrabba Pro because we incorporate our proprietary unique teardrop hole slot. 

Additional Information

Not suitable for our GR14 commercial range. To use The Fang simply wind your steel GroundGrabba Pro, Pro 1 or Pro II through the top side of the tear drop hole slot then drive your GroundGrabba into the ground and position it into the hole of your tarp, pop up or other piece of equipment.

  • Match the correct cable gauge and GroundGrabba for the size and strength of the animal you intend to secure.
  • Deploy your GroundGrabba correctly for maximum anchoring
  • Misuse or abuse of GroundGrabba products can lead to injury or worse to the user or bystanders. 
  • Not to be used with mains powered drills. 
  • When using Battery drills please refer to the drill manufacturers warnings and safety instructions prior to use with GroundGrabba products. 
  • Only use GroundGrabba products for their intended purpose of ground anchoring things such as tents and shade canopies.
  • Always hold your drill firmly with both hands and use the inside of your legs as a drill guide with the drill handle in between your legs to help prevent torque twisting wrist or other injury. 
  • Always start your drill on the lowest torque setting.  Use a good quality high torque drill or impact wrench. 
  • For hard or extremely hard grounds we recommend pre drilling a minimum of a 10mm pilot hole to help with insertion. GroundGrabba Lites are only for soft loose grounds.
  • Some grounds will be impenetrable. 
  • Use the correct GroundGrabba for the job. 
  • The GG Pro (12") are not for loads in sand or soft grounds.
