Should you FOR ANY reason (yes even if you’ve used them) choose to return you GroundGrabba manufactured products within 3o days of you receiving them. This policy is specifically for GroundGrabba manufactured goods.  I spell that out because there maybe times that we sell items NOT manufactured by us in which case the Policy below stands.

Shipping and Refund Policy Unless otherwise agreed by GroundGrabba.com.au and GroundGrabba.com most of our products purchased by consumers from GroundGrabba.com.au may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Returns will not be accepted for any of the following reasons

Packaging is missing incomplete or defaced • Missing or damaged accessories other than damaged caused by manufacturing defects • Product is not in acceptable condition for resale (scratched, damaged etc) (this does not include items that are found to be faulty) other than damaged caused by manufacturing defects • A rebate has been redeemed only the product • Special order products are non-returnable • No returns will be accepted without a return authorisation number. Goods on sold by GroundGrabba that are manufactured and or sold by other online stores will hold warranties by those online stores and or manufacturers.

All GroundGrabba.com.au items are backed by GroundGrabba.com.au warranties. All GroundGrabba Pro items come with a lifetime replacement guarantee against workmanship, breakage or wearing out. This does not extend to any wearing out or scratching of protective surfaces such as galvanising or paintwork etc.  GroundGrabba Lite glass reinforced nylon products or other GroundGrabba synthetic products are covered by Australian Consumer law and have a minimum of 12 month warranty against manufacturer’s defects for either replacement or refund.

Other Terms & Conditions Shipping costs may be refunded only if the return is a result of a shipping error or the item in question is defective or within your 30 day money back guarantee period. Product Return Procedure • Email us via our get in touch page • Provide your order, cheque or receipt number and request a product returns number PRN • Using your PRN, ship the product including all parts, packaging, accessories, warranty cards and manuals to the address we provide you with your PRN. • If product meets all return requirements a refund will be credited to the account used during the purchase process.
