Outdoor Sculpture and Art Installation Ground Anchors
You’ve been working on your outdoor art installation for ages and now you’re ready to install it for the exhibition. Problem is how are you going to secure it to the ground? GroundGrabba manufacture ground anchors that are designed specifically for ground holding ability. Be it for art installations and outdoor sculpture ground anchoring or for light aircraft tie downs GroundGrabba have drill driven screw-in ground anchor stakes to suit most ground types.

GroundGrabba have different models to cover most ground anchoring needs and ground types:

- GroundGrabba Threaded variety 450-900mm in 10 or 15mm shafts
Starting with the GroundGrabba Lite which is made for soft ground and sand which is made of glass reinforced nylon. Next up is our GroundGrabba Pro which like the GroundGrabba Pro II are both made of heat treated carbon steel that has been galvanised.
The GroundGrabba Pro is 300mm in length with a 19mm Hex Head for easy adaptation to your cordless drill. It has fights (spirals) that extend out from the shaft by 7mm. Made to use in most ground types. For extremely hard ground you will need to drill a pilot hole with a minimum of 10mm (max 14mm) in diameter and 300mm long.
Next step up in holding power is the GroundGrabba Pro I which is 450mm in reach not long enough to strike electricity services if installed to the correct depth.It has outstanding ground holding ability.
Lastly in our general range is our GroundGrabba Pro II which is the best for loose soft ground and sand. It reaches 600mm deep and has flights twice as wide at the Pro’s. These can also be used in most ground types when you have larger works that need to stay put.

GroundGrabba Lite is 400mm in length and with aggressive flights (spirals) almost 50mm wide. It has a 19mm Hex Head with a built in hook.
Next we have our GroundGrabba Commercial range better suited to stronger holding and business - industrial- commercial use.
Commercial Pro at 450mm in depth with a 50% wider shaft than our general range ground anchors can hold more than a 900mm spike stake of the same thickness in a vertical pull out load.
Next is our mid range Commercial Pro I @ 600mm long wth 15mm shaft.
Next is our longest Commercial Pro II @900mm long with 15mm shaft.
Then we have our threaded versions made for when there is only a relatively small anchoring holes of less than 20mm.

GroundGrabba Pro is 300mm in length and has spirals/flights that are 24mm in diameter. It comes with the same 19mm size Hex Head for easy cordless drill adaptors.
GroundGrabba Pro II anchoring for outdoor sculptures and art installations
GroundGrabba Pro II is 600mm in length and with aggressive flights (spirals) almost 40mm wide. It has a 19mm Hex Head and has extreme grip in even the softest of grounds.
